「佐藤可士和」生於1965年東京，多摩美術大学設計系。離開博報堂後於2000年成立自己的設計公司「サムライ(samurai)」。
佐藤可士和的成名代表作品為「KIRI的極生啤酒系列」，這一款創造銷售佳績的設計讓許多人驚艷，還記得第一次看到「KIRI極生」時就被他跟一般啤酒不一樣的質感所深深的吸引，在日本啤酒的競爭可是很非常激烈，佐藤靠著單色印刷就降低了印刷成本反而把質感給呈現出來創造銷售話題真是不簡單，佐藤常靠著他敏銳的觀察與感性，讓商品自然的創造話題吸引消費者。A-wang
